Q. Will installing All American Turf Co.  synthetic grass add value to my home or business?
A. Yes, an attractive, low maintenance landscape design can easily add 10% or more to a property’s value.  You will also abolish your lawn maintenance fees and significantly decrease water consumption.  This will also help you “Go Green” by eliminating the need for chemicals on your lawn, no gas needed for mowing, and of course, saving Florida’s water.  AND, at the end of the life of the product, it is 100% recyclable.  You not only add value to your property, but you save yourself time and money.

Q. Are most synthetic turf surfaces similar? 
A. Most certainly not!   Our American-made product manufacturer  has been perfecting synthetic turf surfaces for over 25 years. Their continual development based on the feedback from real world usage has propelled the products they manufacture to the pinnacle of excellence. There are no finer products on the market. Our products are EcoSafe, Environmentally Sustainable, and 100% recyclable!

Q. How long will it last? 
A. This depends partly on wear, but for any non-commercial use it is a very long time. Of course, the foundation under the green is natural materials, so it will last far longer than most buildings. Our turf manufacturer, Challenger Industries, is the oldest family run business in the turf industry and they have been doing this for 25 years. They warrant the turf for manufacturing defects and UV degradation for a period of 8 years here in the FL area, but practically speaking it can easily last 2 or 3 times that long.
 

Q. Is All American Turf Co., Inc synthetic grass similar to patio carpet or Astroturf?
A. No, our product is so realistic that it is difficult to distinguish the difference between natural grass and our synthetic grass. Most of our synthetic grass products are manufactured with an advanced  polyethylene, which is very different than "Astro Turf".  Our state-of-the-art turf is very durable, yet soft and realistic-looking. 

Q. What about drainage?
A. All American Turf Co., Inc. synthetic turf landscaping products are totally permeable, which allows water to drain vertically.   The base should be constructed with a 1% grade to assist with drainage.  Our products typically have a permeability rate much higher than our competition.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Our products are priced by the square foot and based  primarily by size, design, terrain and installation issues as well as a few other factors. Typically, it will pay for itself in 3 years compared to the installation of natural grass with an irrigation system.

Q. What about pets?
A. All American Turf Co., artificial grass products are pet-friendly. Cleaning animal feces is no different than natural grass. Simply use a rake or pooper scooper to remove the mess, and a water hose to rinse the area.  

Q. What about yard debris?
A. Use a rake, leaf blower, or yard vacuum to remove leaves and debris.

Q. Is synthetic grass flammable?
A. Our products are Non-Flammable. Cigarette burns will melt the fibers and can be clipped away.
